After identifying a niche in the market, Paula Eriya, owner of Radical Wave Salon, realized her long term dream in December 2001 as she opened her own hair salon. It has since turned into a successful, lucrative and growing business. Paula's dedication to the cosmetology industry has earned her the position of Vice President of the Canadian Cosmetology Association (CCAFAN).
