Paula Eriya, a licensed cosmetologist and graduate of both the esteemed Stuyvesant School of Cosmetology and the Marvel Beauty School is also president of Radical Wave Inc., A successful, lucrative and growing salon, spa, beauty and imaging business. She has been an accomplished hair stylist and make-up artist for over two decades. As the visionary behind Radical Wave Inc.

She has since become a pioneer in the field of natural hair weave techniques and weaves extensions using cuticle hair, the very best quality human hair in the world. After identifying a niche in the expanding market demand for the best human hair, Ms. Eriya, realized her long term dream in December 2001 as she fulfilled a dream and launched her own hair salon, namely Radical Wave Inc.

Paula's actions continue to speak louder than her wise words, and she was featured on Global TV in a special segment called "Second Chances" which documents positive and successful entrepreneurial women, along with being featured in local Rogers Cable news and various beauty industry trade magazines. Paula has been a strong voice and advocate for disadvantaged youths in Toronto and surrounding areas. She sits on several community and association boards that assist and promotes the mentoring of gifted and disadvantaged youth in our community. Ms. Eriya is both a master practitioner in the field of weave technology and also as a career and industry builder.

She has since used her expanding circle of influence to play an active role in lobbying the Government for support for the expanding field of natural beauty, hair and aesthetics.
